About Our Scholarship Program

We will be awarding scholarships to eligible students this summer based on a first come, first serve basis. Due to limited funding and space, eligibilty for scholarship is based on the following:

• For free transportation, students must live within the City of Rochester to qualify.
• To be awarded full scholarships, students must also be eligible for free or reduced lunches.
• There will be a limit of 10 scholarships awarded to students of each school. Each school will determine which students should receive scholarships.
• Students can only receive scholarships for one week of camp.
• If space/money is available after the application deadline, additional scholarships beyond the limit of 10 may be awarded.

How To Apply

To apply, students must provide, in addition to a completed registration form, one letter of recommendation from a teacher (preferably the student's last science teacher) and proof of eligibility for reduced/free lunches. Students seeking transportation should provide the address where they will be picked up and dropped off. This information must be provided by May 31 to be eligible.
